Il Mass Flow Controller (MFC) tipo 8713 è indicato per la regolazione della portata di gas in un ampio raggio di flusso. Il sensore termico MEMS che si trova direttamente nella corrente del gas raggiunge tempi di reazione molto veloci. Una valvola proporzionale ad azionamento diretto usata come attuatore garantisce un’elevata sensibilità di risposta. Il regolatore PI integrato garantisce eccezionali caratteristiche di regolazione dell’MFC. La valvola tipo 8713 può essere opzionalmente calibrata per due diversi gas, tra i quali l’utente può commutare. La comunicazione con apparecchi subordinati avviene in modo esclusivamente digitale, rendendo quindi superflui tutte le trasformazioni digitali/analogiche. Il Mass Flow Controller (MFC) tipo 8713 è indicato per molte applicazioni, come per il controllo dei bruciatori, per il trattamento termico, per il rivestimento di materiali, per i bioreattori, per la tecnologia di celle per bruciatori o per banchi prova.
