Tipo 8098 - Misuratore di portata FLOWave (SAW)

Descrizione

Il dispositivo di misurazione della portata tipo 8098, appartenente alla famiglia di prodotto FLOWave, si basa sulla tecnologia SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves - onde superficiali) ed è destinato in primo luogo alle applicazioni nel settore igienico-sanitario. Questo è possibile grazie alle seguenti condizioni: • utilizzo di materiali in acciaio inox adatti all’impiego • funzionamento tramite un tubo di misura totalmente privo di elementi diversi a contatto con fluido da misurare • struttura ideale per garantire le necessarie condizioni igienico-sanitarie. FLOWave offre una serie di funzioni integrate, che grazie anche ad altre caratteristiche quali flessibilità, pulibilità, dimensioni compatte, peso ridotto, facile installazione e operatività, garantiscono la conformità con molti standard e normative. Per ottenere risultati di misurazioni ottimali è consigliabile garantire fluidi omogenei privi di aria e sostanze solide. Per fluidi di viscosità maggiore è possibile una compensazione integrata della viscosità. Gas e vapori non possono essere misurati. Tuttavia la loro portata non inficia in nessun modo il funzionamento dell’apparecchio. Una volta usciti i gas e i vapori, i fluidi vengono misurati correttamente come prima. Eventuali funzioni speciali dedotte da altri valori di processi (fattore di densità, fattore acustico di trasmissione) offrono informazioni aggiuntive relative al liquido specifico (per i dettagli vedi scheda dati).
