Tipo 8741 - Mass Flow Controller (MFC) / Mass Flow Meter (MFM) per gas

Descrizione

Il Mass Flow Controller (MFC)/Mass Flow Meter (MFM) tipo 8741 per gas è adatto a un'ampia gamma di applicazioni ed è disponibile con interfaccia Industrial Ethernet, analogica o bus di campo. La variante con bus di sistema Bürkert (büS) basato su CANopen è adatta per l'integrazione in reti CANopen esistenti o (in combinazione con il gateway per bus di campo tipo ME43) per l'integrazione in tutti i comuni standard industriali per Industrial Ethernet o bus di campo. Questa versione è appositamente realizzata per applicazioni con molte sezioni di regolazione. Fino a 32 MFC/MFM possono essere collegati a un Fieldbus gateway. I tipo ME43 traduce la comunicazione interna basata su CANopen negli standard Industrial Ethernet o bus di campo. Il Mass Flow Controller/Mass Flow Meter tipo 8741 può essere commutato in qualsiasi momento tra la comunicazione büS e CANopen. Le valvole tipo 8741 possono essere configurate come MFM o MFC a seconda della necessità. È disponibile anche una variante Modbus RTU. Opzionalmente, nel dispositivo possono essere memorizzate fino a quattro curve di taratura. Il sensore termico MEMS che si trova direttamente nella corrente del gas raggiunge tempi di reazione molto veloci. Una valvola proporzionale ad azionamento diretto di Bürkert, usata come attuatore, garantisce un’elevata sensibilità di risposta.
